I chose Florida teacher accused of forcing student to clean urinal with bare hands because the topic was simple and got to the point and I was able to make a Satire out of it. My real opinion on the statement is that teachers do not have the right to make their students do anything like clean the urinals with their bare hands. That is a definite sign that the teacher will be fired and something is wrong with the teacher for making a child do such a sick job. The satirical argument I was making was making fun of the boy that did cleaned the urinals with his hands. Also disagreeing with the mothers statement on the incident. The type of audience for my satire would be high school students with a sense of humor, also middle school students. Middle school students love a great laugh. The type of people that aren't for my satire would be serious adults upset with the situation. I chose the news article because I could make a satire funnier writing about it rather than dancing, singing, producing a movie, etc. I did make fun of the boy using my satire. I offended him and his parents, as well as making it also serious at some points in the article. I used Onomatopoeia in the sentence containing "gross" - A Florida elementary school teacher was arrested Wednesday February 19, 2014, after police say the teacher forced a 10-year-old student to clean a clogged urinal at the school with his bare hands "GROSS." I used Hyperbole in the sentence "Anyone could smell his hands from miles away and know exactly what it is." I finally use Satire in the sentence "After finishing cleaning the boy went back to his classroom with a brand new nickname "pee pee boy.""
