That's terrible! And most of them are Blacks, Hispanic, and American Indian teenagers. Race shouldn'teven be a case in the dropout. More like the economy itself. I would've thought that California would have one of the greatest precentage of High School graduates. We shouldn't drop the percentage of High School graduates every year. We need to raise it. Even if it takes home schooling, extra hours at school, more tutoring. We can't just sit around and be lazy. It's making you look bad, your parents, and the United States economy.
